Itinerary

Day 01 : Sunday - Depart Delhi

(Check-in at 4:00PM Departure 9:00PM)
You are traditionally welcome on board at Delhi Safdarjung railway Station with garlanding and some mock tails to refresh your selves. After check in, you will be escorted to the respective cabins where you can relax and unwind before your Rajasthan tour.

Day 02 : Monday - Jodhpur

(Arrive at 08:00 AM Departure 4:30 PM)
Have breakfast in train and proceed to the ‘blue city’ of Jodhpur to visit Mehrangarh Fort, the white marble Jaswant Thada and Umaid Bhavan palace. Have your lunch at 5 star hotels & later, catch the train for Udaipur. Enjoy dinner on board.

Day 03 : Tuesday - Udaipur

(Arrival 07:00 AM Departure 2:30 PM)
Breakfast on board. On arrival Udaipur ready to explore Venice of India Udaipur, here you will find historical monuments find gardens and temples at every turn. Visit Jagdish Temple, the beautiful princely city palace and after lunch visit the crystal gallery.

Day 03 : Tuesday - Chittorgarh

(Arrival 4:45 PM Departure 10:00 PM)
Afternoon visit the famous monuments of Chittorgarh including the massive fort of Chittorgarh, the victory tower or Vijay Stambh. Also visit the palace of queen Padmini & Gaumukh reservoir. In the evening enjoy the light and sound program at the fort. Have dinner on board

Day 04 : Wednesday - Sawai Modhupur

(Arrival 05:30 AM Departure 9:30 AM)
Have your breakfast on board or at hotel. Later ready for the sightseeing tour of Sawai Modhupur visit Rathambore National Park to discover lakes and ruined palaces and see the majestic tigers roaming around. Later visit RanthomboreFort and the Amareshwar Mohadeo temple. Enjoy your lunch on board and depart for Jaipur.

Day 04 : Wednesday - Jaipur

(Arrival 11:30 AM Departure 10:15 PM)
On arrival at the pink city of Jaipur you are traditionally welcomed by caparisoned elephants & sweet music of the auspicious ‘Shehnai’. Later enjoy elephants ride at amber fort also visit the awesome ‘Hawa Mahal’ (the palace of winds). After lunch at a 5 star hotel visit the fabulous city palace. In the evening enjoy shopping of centuries old object de arts & other items. Enjoy the traditional Rajasthani dinner at Hotel Jai Mahal Palace with cultural program. Return to train and depart for Khajuraho.

Day 05 : Thursday - Khajuraho

(Arrival 10:00 AM Departure 8:00 PM)
Breakfast on board. On arrival visit the temples of Khajuraho famous for their fabulous creative arts of the Chandela Dynasty dating back to the 9th to 12th centuries. Later visit the temples and a museum of Khajuraho. Lunch will be served at hotel. In the evening enjoy the sweet sound and Light show at the Western Group of Temples. Return to the train, dinner on board.

Day 06 : Friday - Varanasi

(Arrival 06:00 AM Departure 9:00 PM)
Breakfast on board. On arrival at Varanasi first of all take a holy din the river Ganga and see the peoples performing their daily morning ritual at the Ganga Ghats, the most popular pilgrimage spot of Varanasi. Later visit Jyotirlinga Visvanatha temple or Golden Temple and the Jnana Vapi well or “well of wisdom”. Lunch at the hotel. Later derive to Sarnath to visit Buddhist Temples. Return to Varanasi to join the Maha Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Dinner on board and depart for Agra.

Day 07 : Saturday - Agra

(Arrival 10:00 AM Departure 11:00 PM)
Breakfast on board. On arrival at Agra, a vibrant centre of culture, art and famous for handicrafts products like Inlay work on marvel, leather work, Jewellery, Zari & embroidery work. Later visit the fabulous fortified Agra fort. After lunch at hotel visit the tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah also considered as “Baby Taj” for their grand architecture. In the evening enjoy the love sanga and wonderful view of sunset over the Taj Mahal. Dinner on board and depart for Delhi.

Day 08 : Sunday - Delhi

Have breakfast on board and proceed to checkout, concluding your Rajasthan Tour.
